On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley and deserve a mention. One of those is Beaumont. I recently grabbed a breakfast burrito there and knew it had to be included on the list.

I appreciate Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time in the mountains along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before your adventures. I love grabbing a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through keeps it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. Many drive-through burritos can leave you feeling greasy and sluggish—especially if you’re about to be active—but Beaumont strikes a better balance.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What elevates it, though, is the sauce. A great breakfast burrito often comes down to the sauce, and the creamy tomatillo dressing here adds a bright, tangy finish that ties all the ingredients together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than breakfast burritos. They serve excellent coffee, fresh pastries, and even a standout burrata salad. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot with a pleasant patio and an attractive interior that makes it worth a visit.
One small caveat: good food attracts crowds. On weekends you’ll often find people gathered outside. If you just want coffee and pastries, that’s easy to grab quickly or through the drive-through. If you plan to sit and linger, expect a wait on busy weekend mornings.
Beaumont is a dependable choice for a tasty, convenient meal before heading into the mountains or for a relaxed breakfast in town.
