About Parle G Biscuit Cake
This eggless Parle G Biscuit Cake is made with seven basic ingredients and comes together quickly. The familiar, slightly caramel flavor of Parle G biscuits gives the cake a comforting taste that many will recognize.
This recipe is truly a one-bowl method: you blend the biscuits into a powder, add the wet ingredients, mix until smooth, and bake. It works well as a dessert, a snack with tea, or a simple birthday cake for a small gathering.
Ingredients
Parle G Biscuits – the main ingredient. You can experiment with other similar plain sweet biscuits for a different texture or flavor.
Other ingredients – granulated white sugar, vanilla extract, neutral-flavored oil, milk, baking powder, baking soda, and chopped mixed nuts for garnish.
How To Make Parle G Cake
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a 6-inch cake pan with parchment paper and brush it with oil.

Break 9 oz (260 g) Parle G biscuits into pieces and add them to a blender or food processor with 1/4 cup granulated sugar.

Blend until the biscuits and sugar form a fine, smooth powder.

Transfer the powdered mixture to a medium mixing bowl.

Add and whisk until lump-free:
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons neutral-flavored oil
- 1 cup milk

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes, then whisk again. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, mixing until evenly incorporated.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons chopped mixed nuts over the surface.

Bake on the middle rack for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If the nuts begin to brown too quickly, cover the pan loosely with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and transfer the cake to a cooling rack. Cool completely, slice, and serve.
