Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 slices thick-cut bacon (raw or fried)If frying first, drain excess oil; you can also add bacon raw
- 2-3 tbsp panko mixed with 2–3 tbsp milkor use 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp toasted or ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 slices pepper jack cheesechopped
- 1 clove garlicminced
- 2 small pieces sweet red pepperchopped (or 1 tbsp finely chopped)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into patties. Grill the patties until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Top with cheese and bacon if desired, and serve on toasted buns with vegetables and your favorite condiments.
