There’s also a blank template you can print and reuse to mix and match meals from your Whole30 recipe collection.

Note: These sample weeks are meant to inspire you, not to force you into cooking every single meal from scratch. I rarely prepare seven unique breakfasts or dinners each week. Instead I make 2–3 breakfasts and eat them several times, repurpose dinners into lunches, and usually cook around five dinners per week. The rest are leftovers — embrace them!

KISS (Keep It Simple Sister/Sir) 7-Day Meal Plan

If you don’t love spending time in the kitchen or your schedule is tight, this streamlined plan shows how simple Whole30 can be. Every meal in this plan requires minimal prep — typically 20 minutes or less — and it’s designed to be budget-conscious. This is a great option if you want straightforward meals that still support your goals.

Kid-Friendly 7-Day Whole30 Meal Plan

Preparing separate meals for kids and adults can quickly become exhausting. This kid-friendly plan helps you stay on track while offering options that are familiar or easy to adapt for children. For example, you might serve spiralized veggie noodles for yourself and regular or gluten-free pasta for the kids. While snacking is generally discouraged on Whole30, snacks are appropriate for children — the PDF includes snack ideas that work for little ones.

7-Day Whole30 Meal Plan

This plan collects favorite recipes, links, and ideas for emergency freezer meals and quick snacks so you’re never left without a compliant option. I recommend keeping a few emergency freezer items and portable compliant snacks (like meat sticks, nuts, or compliant bars) in your bag or car. Many setbacks happen when people are in unexpected situations without food that fits their plan, so having a few trusted options on hand is a small step that prevents derailment.
